From Balboa Blvd, take 41st west toward the beach one block. then left on Seashore Dr and the Oceanfront home is one block on the right side.  Parking inside the garage has two spots and one to two spots in front of the garage.  Park on or inside white line close behind the garage.   There is also sporadic parking available on multiple adjacent streets.
